Our traditional red brick double fronted Abbeyfield House on Cecil Street has ten rooms and one double occupancy flat. Rent prices include two meals per day, utilities, council tax and use of laundry. The rooms have carpets, curtains, shower room with toilet and modern fitted storage units, which combine wardrobe and kitchen space with a small fridge and sink, but are otherwise let unfurnished so that you can have your own furniture and possessions around you. All rents are fully inclusive of rates, lighting and heating as well as food and maintenance and an aid call system.
Potential residents are invited to look around and view any empty rooms - please call to make an appointment. Our application process includes a two week trial which allows you to ensure Abbeyfield will suit you and that we will be able to meet your needs.
